Online Reset – $300
Perfect if you’re looking for structure, accountability, and flexibility.
Includes a fully customized plan, habit guidance, and weekly check-ins to keep you supported and on track throughout the 12 weeks.
Hybrid Reset (Online + In-Person) – Starting at $1,050
For those who want hands-on support and deeper guidance.
Includes everything in the online reset, plus 12 in-person personal training sessions (one per week) to build confidence, proper form, and momentum.
Additional sessions can be added at a discounted package rate if you’d like more in-person support each week.

Join me for a free, fun, supportive, and inclusive run—open to all paces and fitness levels. We meet every Thursday at 7pm, at Pebble Beach. (Starting April. 23)
How it works: We’ll run a simple 20 minutes out, 20 minutes back route. Everyone starts together, goes at their own pace, and turns around at the 20-minute mark—so we all finish at the same time.
Whether you’re running, jogging, or doing a walk/run, or just walking, you’re welcome here! Feel free to post your pace in the group page ahead of time so others can connect with someone similar—or bring a friend or partner along!
